Headmaster, Mr. Paratore, for giving our daughters the opportunità to see and know the nice Romanian places. Giulia and Concetta spent five wonderful days, thanks to the loving teachers and students of the other countries. We also thank our daughters’ teachers for their helpfulnes, especially Franca Centamore  for being like a mother to them.

Ringraziamo di cuore il dirigente scolastico, il prof. Giuseppe Paratore,  che ha dato alle nostre figlie l’opportunità di conoscere luoghi meravigliosi della Romania, dove le nostre ragazze hanno trascorso cinque giorni indimenticabili anche per l’affetto che gli insegnanti  e gli alunni stranieri hanno mostrato nei loro confronti. Ringraziamo le insegnanti per la loro disponibilità, in particolare l’insegnante Franca Centamore che per loro è stata come una mamma.

 When my teacher chose me to go to Bulgaria I was very happy but also a little scared. Before leaving I was sad because it was the first time I was going someplace without my family,  but also thrilled because I could see new places, know new people and new customs. Once in Bulgaria, I missed my parents very much, but with old friends and new ones, the sadness went away. We visited a lot of beautiful and interesting places, and I liked Sofia very much. We also visited the Bulgarian School, took part in Alphabet Day Parade, we played our dramas. On the last day, we had a lot of fun, but at the end we all were very sad, because we had to say goodbye to our new friends. I must say that this was a very positive experience, I made new friends and I had a lot of fun. I’d like to repeat this memorable experience as soon as possible.

  Quando mi hanno proposto di andare in Bulgaria sono stato felice ma avevo paura. Quando stavo per partire ero triste perché andavo lontano e lasciavo la mia famiglia, ma felice perché potevo conoscere nuovi posti, altre usanze e altre persone. Arrivato in Bulgaria mi mancava la mia famiglia, ma tra scherzi e nuove conoscenze è passato tutto. Il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo abbiamo iniziato a visitare la Bulgaria e abbiamo visto bellissimi posti e mi è piaciuta soprattutto la cattedrale di Sofia. Abbiamo visitato la scuola bulgara, partecipato insieme alle altre scuole ai festeggiamenti dell'alfabeto bulgaro, abbiamo recitato e presentato i nostri lavori  durante l'incontro di progetto. L’ultimo giorno ci siamo divertiti come pazzi ma alla fine di quel divertimento c’è stata tanta tristezza, perché con gli bambini, che ormai erano nostri amici, ci siamo  dovuti salutare per tornare ognuno a casa propria. In conclusione è stata una esperienza positiva, ho fatto nuove amicizie e mi sono divertito tanto. Io rifarei questa memorabile esperienza.
